One continual process
01

Assess.

Thirty minutes. Forced-choice. They get their own Collaboration Playbook and a personal feedback session. By the time it is over, they understand what the method can see.

02

Understand.

Not a raw score sheet. A first-person narrative of how you work, where you thrive, and where you struggle. Written to be acted on, not filed.

03

Contextualise.

The same profile means one thing in a turnaround and another in a scale-up. Atlas scores fit to the actual job, the team composition, and the strategic context, not a generic benchmark.

04

Model the team.

Not just who is on the team, but how the team maps against what you are trying to achieve this quarter. Strengths, energy, gaps, and friction scored against the goal itself.

05

Interpret.

Psychometric data, job profiles, organisational context, and team composition analysed together. Consultants add judgment where the data needs nuance.

Atlas People
The Instrument

Measure what actually predicts performance.

34 constructs, four domains

Not a five-factor label. Thirty-four natural tendencies measured across cognition, behaviour, motivation, and interpersonal dynamics. Enough resolution to say something specific.

Forced-choice design

Every question is a trade-off between two equally desirable statements. There is no obvious right answer to select, which eliminates the faking and social desirability bias that undermine traditional Likert-scale assessments.

30 minutes, not 3 hours

The assessment takes half an hour and feels more like self-reflection than testing. Leaders consistently describe it as the most useful psychometric they have taken.
